This Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the subscription to and cancellation of the services ("Services") provided by Qwertyabcd Labs Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," or "our").
This Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service and is applicable to all businesses ("you," "your," or "Subscriber") who subscribe to our Services.
By subscribing to our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Policy.
1. Subscription Model
Prepaid Monthly Subscriptions
All our subscription plans are on a prepaid, month-to-month basis. When you subscribe to a plan, you are required to pay in advance for the upcoming monthly/quarterly/annual billing cycle.
Subscription Tiers
We offer multiple subscription tiers, each with a distinct set of features and limitations ("Packs"). The features and pricing for each Pack are detailed on our website's pricing page.
Billing Cycle
Your billing cycle is one calendar month/quarter/year (based on the option you select), commencing on the date you subscribe.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month/quarter/year on the same date unless cancelled.
2. Upgrading Your Subscription
We believe in providing you with the flexibility to scale your operations as needed.
Immediate Upgrades
You may upgrade to a higher-tiered Pack at any time during your billing cycle directly from your account dashboard.
Prorated Charges
When you choose to upgrade, your new features will be activated immediately.
We will calculate the prorated cost for the remaining days of your current billing cycle based on the new, higher-tier plan. You will be charged this prorated amount instantly.
Your next monthly/quarterly/annual bill will reflect the full price of the higher-tiered plan.
3. Cancellation of Your Subscription
Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To initiate a cancellation, please log in to your account and navigate to the "Billing" or "Subscription" section.
The cancellation can be completed directly from your dashboard.
Effect of Cancellation
Since our services are prepaid, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current, paid-for billing cycle.
This means you will continue to have full access to your subscribed features until the last day of the billing period for which you have already paid.
No Further Charges
Once you cancel, your subscription will not be renewed for the next billing cycle, and you will not incur any further charges from us, unless you choose to re-subscribe.
4. Refund Policy
No Refunds on Cancellation
As our subscription model is prepaid, we do not offer refunds or credits for any partial period of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for period unused with an open account.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided for any subscription. We are not liable for any form of refund if you fail to use the service, are dissatisfied, or for any other reason, once the subscription fee has been paid.
The only exception is if we terminate your account without cause, in which case a prorated refund for the unused portion of the billing cycle may be considered at our sole discretion.
5. Failure to Pay
If your payment method fails and you do not update it, or if your payment is not successfully processed on your billing date, your subscription will be automatically cancelled, and your access to the Services will be suspended at the end of your last paid billing cycle.
6. Changes to the Policy or Prices
We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans, prices, and this Policy at any time.
Any changes to pricing or the Policy will be communicated to you via the email address associated with your account or through a notification on our website at least seven (7) days before they take effect.
Your continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
